cash rent @ closing.
Closing: On or before 3-31-08
TAXES: Seller will pay 07 taxes. Tract 1 $515.30 & Tract 2
$496.62 due in 08. Buyer assumes all taxes & assessments thereafter.

CLOSING COSTS: Seller to pay title insurance in the amount of

be assessed $15 per acre for fall tillage. Buyer of tract 2 will be
